MINUTES <br />LIFE <br />SAVING <br />AWARD <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />SEPTEMBER 25, 2013 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 25th day of <br />September, 2013 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at <br />515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Council Member <br />City Administrator <br />City Planner <br />Cable TV Producer <br />City Clerk <br />Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Ms. Shelly Boss <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Mr. Mike McGraw <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Mr. Kevin Helander <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />Boss introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2013 -9 -168 — APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE SEPTEMBER 11, 2013 WORKSHOP MEETING AND THE <br />SEPTEMBER 11, 2013 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS <br />SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Blesener reported that he recently attended a Ramsey County Sheriff's <br />Department ceremony at which Deputy Lisa Daly and Little Canada Fire <br />Fighter Tim Boss received awards for life saving activities while <br />performing their duties their respective duties as a law enforcement officer <br />and a tire fighter. Blesener noted that Daly received two such awards for <br />two separate incidents. He commended both award recipients on their <br />excellent service to our community. <br />
