Hanson <br />The City's Liquor Ordinance currently restricts the number of Off -Sale Liquor Licenses to three <br />(see ordinance section attached). For the 2013 -2014 license year Off -Sale Licenses were issued <br />to MGM Liquor, Moon Bay Liquor, and Tierney's Liquors. Moon Bay Liquors has been closed, <br />but until that particular store front is teased to another user or the City receives a cancellation <br />notice for their liquor liability insurance, the license may still be considered valid. <br />The Mayor was recently asked if the City would consider decreasing the number of Off -Sale <br />Liquor Licenses from three to two. The Mayor offered to bring it to the Council and will discuss <br />it at next Wednesday's meeting. <br />
