I determined that his <br />proposed garage construction would not result in wetland fill as long as he stayed on <br />his current property and with approximately a 5 foot sideyard set back. Any further <br />filling or construction to the east of the setback line would begin to infringe on the <br />wetland. <br />Mr. Foster's proposed cleaning of the ditch along Jackson Street, south from the <br />culvert, coming from the West side of Jackson would not result in any wetland <br />disturbance. Any reshaping of this roadside ditch should be revegetated immediately <br />to avoid erosion of the ditch. <br />Thank you for referring Mr. Foster to us for review of his proposal.
