C and Jackson Street. <br />As for the maintenance of the sidewalks, at this point in time, the City <br />does not clean sidewalks with the exception of Co. Rd. C which we clean <br />when we get time after a snow event. The only sidewalks we make a point of <br />plowing is by the Market Place for the senior residents and the sidewalk on <br />DeSoto Street and Eli Road for the children to get to school. Those walks <br />are the only ones included during a snow event to make sure they are open <br />for pedestrians. <br />DBH:kpv <br />Page 11 <br />
