Engelhardt <br />Honorable Mayor and City Council: <br />We recommend approval of the fill permit as requested by Mr. Johnson contingent on the <br />following considerations: <br />1. The owner is to control silt runoff by placing and maintaining silt fence or hay bales <br />at the toe of the slope until seed growth is established. <br />2. The owner should be aware that fill material placed over root systems of mature <br />trees could endanger the life of the tree.
