C / Lake Shore Ave. <br />At the May 11 Council meeting, Council ordered the inclusion <br />of trails and /or walks in this project. Costs for these <br />improvements were not in the original scope of the <br />feasibility study. Provided herein are rough cost estimates <br />for consideration. <br />I have divided the trail issue into three segments.
