MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />APRIL 14, 1994 <br />present justifying approval of the variance. <br />Motion seconded by Garske. <br />Motion carried 5 - 1. Knudsen voted against. <br />PRELIMINARY Kurt Sloan, Quicksilver, appeared before the <br />& FINAL Commission requesting preliminary and final plat <br />PLAT approval for property located at 203, 219, 221, and <br />QUICKSILVER 223 Little Canada Road as well as 2777 Country Drive. <br />Sloan reported that the City previously approved this <br />plat as a property division, however, they have <br />determined that platting of the property will be <br />necessary. <br />DeLonais asked if Quicksilver added additional parking <br />to the site. <br />Sloan replied that they did add 50 additional parking <br />spaces. <br />Mr. Knudsen recommended approval of the preliminary and <br />final plat as requested by Quicksilver, subject to <br />compliance with the recommendations of the City Planner <br />as contained in his report dated April 12, 1994. <br />Motion seconded by Schletty. <br />Motion carried 6 - 0. <br />10% GAMBLING The Commission reviewed the 10% Gambling Expenditure <br />GUIDELINES Guidelines, and it was the consensus of the Commission <br />that these guidelines were fine as submitted. <br />COMP PLAN The Planner reported that the planning intern has <br />UPDATE begun work on the inventory work for the Comp Plan <br />update. Therefore, the Planner anticipated that he <br />would have some material to present to the Commission <br />on this topic at its next meeting. <br />ADJOURN Mr. Keis recommended that the meeting be adjourned. <br />Motion seconded by Knudsen. <br />15 <br />
