Ms. Kathy Glanzer
April 7, 1994
Page 4
In summary, it appears that the onsite circulation, while appearing somewhat congested, actually
has an opportunity to work relatively smoothly, with the exception of the Country Drive
driveway and some circulation and delivery problems for trucks and tank trucks. The amount
of additional traffic generated by the SuperAmerica station as opposed to an existing sit down
restaurant is relatively small, especially when compared to the total volumes already on Little
Canada Road.
If you have any questions regarding our analysis or need any further information regarding trip
generation or distribution, please feel free to call us. We appreciated the opportunity to review
the SuperAmerica site plan for Little Canada.
Sincerely,
Short Elliott Hendrickson Inc.
7 YO, S..-
Glen Van Wormer
Manager, Transportation Department
tlo
Attachment
Page 45
