Suburban Auto Body has built a reputation for both customer <br />service and quality repairs. In order for those high standards <br />to continue and compete as a leader in their local industry, an <br />update of equipment and appearance is necessary. <br />Suburban Auto Body's intent is to improve the appearance of the <br />existing building making room for better and more efficient <br />production equipment. <br />2. ) In order for Suburban Auto Body to stay competitive and <br />continue in the automotive repair and service industry <br />Suburban Auto Body must streamline and become more <br />productive. It is their intention to separate the paint <br />department from the other departments. This means there <br />becomes a need for additional room for new equipment and <br />work flow. <br />a,2 ) By making these changes as well as upgrading and updating <br />equipment Suburban Auto Body is looking at condensing and <br />down sizing any potential safety problems. A newer facility <br />not only offers improved safety features for the employees <br />but for the surrounding neighbors and community as well. <br />Better air flow and ventilation as well as recapturing <br />equipment are part of the plan. <br />d ) Our contractor and designer has assured us there is adequate <br />facilities, both water and sewer for our proposed changes. <br />d ) As we have understood the cities plan to be one of <br />modernization and promotion of an upscale business /lite <br />industrial area in and around Country Drive, the improvements <br />to Suburban Auto Body would be in keeping with the newer <br />buildings and design of the City Council. <br />Enclosed is an independent appraisal for highest and best use of <br />said property. <br />Page 99 <br />
