Northwest Associated Consultants, Inc. <br />U R B A N P L A N N I N G • D E S I G N • M A R K E T R E S E A R C H <br />PLANNING REPORT <br />TO: Little Canada Planning Commission <br />FROM: Cary Teague /Stephen Grittman <br />DATE: 5 August 1994 <br />RE: Little Canada - OneComm Corp. - CUP <br />FILE NO: 758.09 - 94.24 <br />BACKGROUND <br />Mr. William Buell, on behalf of the OneComm Corporation has <br />submitted an application for a conditional use permit to construct <br />a 115 foot steel monopole cellular phone tower, and a 12 x 20 foot <br />equipment building to house the cellular phone equipment. The <br />proposed tower and equipment building is to be located in the rear <br />yard of a home located at 39 West Viking Drive, owned by Leonard <br />Schmieg.
