CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />NOTICE OF HEARING ON VACATION OF DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a hearing will be held before the <br />City Council of Little Canada at the city hall on the 14th day of <br />September, 1994, at 7:30 P.M. to hear all persons present upon <br />the proposed vacation of the following drainage and utility <br />easement: <br />The South 6 feet of the North 161 feet, as measured at right <br />angles to the North line, of that part of the South 1/2 of <br />the Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 6, <br />Township 29, Range 22 lying East of the Easterly right -of- <br />way line of St. Paul Board of Water Commissioners property <br />and lying Westerly of the following described line: <br />Beginning at a point of the South line of said <br />Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter distant 210 <br />feet West of the Southeast corner thereof; thence North <br />at right angles to said South line a distance of 133 <br />feet; thence Northwesterly deflecting to the left 31 <br />degrees 13 minutes 30 seconds and to the North line of <br />said south 1/2 of the Northeast quarter of the <br />Northwest quarter and there terminating. <br />Subject to a road and utility easement over the Easterly 30 <br />feet thereof, and subject to a 60 foot permanent water <br />department easement over the West 60 feet thereof. <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br />Dated this 30th day of August, 1994. <br />oel Hanson <br />Ci Administrator <br />Page 2 <br />
