Mr. Fred Schletty has made application for a property division
which would adjust the lot line for Lot 2, Block 2,
Frederickshaven Second Addition making that lot larger. At the
time the plat was recorded, the City took drainage and utility
easements on all lot lines. Mr. Schletty is requesting the
vacation of the drainage and utility easement abutting the lot
line which will be relocated as a result of the property
division. A drainage and utility easement will be dedicated in
the location of the new lot line.

RESOLUTION SEflING HEARING ON VACATION
WHEREAS,
The City Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota has
determined to vacate the following described drainage and utility
easement:
That drainage and utility easement
five (5) feet and the westerly ten
2, Frederickshaven Second Addition,
Minnesota, as shown on the plat of
across the southwesterly
(10) feet of Lot 2, Block
Ramsey County,
record.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE
CANADA, MINNESOTA
1. The Council will consider the vacation of such drainage and
utility easement, and a public hearing shall be held on such
proposed vacation on the 9th day of November, 1994, before
the City Council in the City Center at 7:30 P.M., and the
City Administrator shall give published and posted noted as
required by law.
