OF THE MUNICIPAL <br />CODE OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, RELATING TO LICENSES AND <br />BONDS FOR CONTRACTORS DOING WORK WITHIN THE CITY <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. <br />Section 302.010. of the Municipal Code of the City of <br />Little Canada is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />302.010. LICENSES REQUIRED. Before any person, firm or, <br />corporation shall engage in the business of performing any of <br />the various types of work listed in this Section, they shall <br />first obtain a license to do so, as hereinafter provided. <br />1. Cement work, cement block work, cement block <br />laying or brick work; <br />2. General construction including erection, <br />alteration or repair of buildings; <br />3. Moving or wrecking of buildings (see additional <br />requirements under Section 303.); <br />4. Plastering, drywall, outside stucco work, or <br />lathing; <br />5. Heating, cooling, and gas installation;. <br />6. Well drilling; <br />7. Roofing; <br />8. Sign and billboard erecting; <br />9. Excavation; <br />10. Driveway installation; <br />11. Licenses are not needed if the applicant is <br />licensed by the State of Minnesota, but the <br />applicant must show proof of the state license. <br />Section 2. <br />Section 302.020. of the Municipal Code of the City of <br />Little Canada is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />-1- <br />Page 96 <br />
