Persons, firms or corporations <br />renewing their licenses after the expiration date shall be <br />charged the full .annual license fee. <br />section 6. <br />Section 302.100. of the Municipal Code of the City of <br />Little Canada is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />302.100. stYRET/. BOND REQUIRED. No license for excavation <br />granted under the terms stated herein shall become effective <br />until the licensee has filed with the City Administrator a <br />surety bond in the amount of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00), <br />operating in favor of the City and conditioned that the City <br />will be held harmless from any loss or damage by reason of <br />improper or inadequate work performed by the holder of said <br />license under the provisions of this ordinance. <br />Section 7. <br />The provisions of this ordinance shall apply to all <br />licenses applied for after January 1., 1995. <br />Section 8. <br />This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br />after its passage and publication. <br />PASSED by the City council of Little Canada this. _ <br />day of , 19 <br />Raymond G..Hanson,, Mayor <br />Ayes <br />Nays -- <br />ATTEST: <br />Joel R.
