FROM SWEENEY BORER & OSTROW <br />TO LITTLE CANADA P.03/09 <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL <br />PERMIT FEES FOR THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />WHEREAS, Section 301.030 (B) of the Little Canada Municipal <br />Code requires that permit fees be established by resolution of <br />the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Little <br />Canada that the following mechanical permit fees are hereby <br />adopted to be effective as of November 1, 1994: <br />Residential (new furnace in old or <br />new house) <br />Residential (air conditioning in <br />old or new house) <br />Commercial <br />*Project Value must include <br />the cost of installation, <br />alteration, addition and repairs <br />(including fans, hoods, hvac <br />units and heat transfer units), <br />and all labor and materials <br />necessary for installation. In <br />addition, it shall include all <br />material and equipment supplied <br />by other sources when those <br />materials are normally supplied <br />by the contractor. <br />Minimum Permit Fee <br />Fees for additional <br />Mechanical Processes, as follows: <br />GAS PIPING - <br />$500.00 valuation or <br />less (repair or installation) <br />Each additional $500.00 cost of <br />repair or installation <br />1 <br />Page 100 <br />$50.00 + surcharge <br />$20.00 + surcharge <br />1.25% of Project <br />Value* + surcharge <br />$25.00 + surcharge <br />$10.00 <br />$ 4.00 <br />
