MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Joel Hanson <br />FROM: Jerry Bourdon <br />DATE: October 18, 1994 <br />SUBJECT: Ramsey - Washington Metro Watershed District <br />Watershed Management Plan Revisions <br />INTRODUCTION <br />The Ramsey - Washington Metro Watershed District (RWMWD) is revising its Watershed <br />Management Plan. As part of this process, RWMWD is seeking input from citizens and <br />local government units within the district. To implement public input, the district is <br />requesting City Councils to designate appointments to its Advisory Commission. A letter <br />will be sent to the Mayor from RWMWD concerning this. This memo is to inform you of <br />the matter and to request you advise the Council so they can consider the issue and make <br />the appointments. <br />BACKGROUND <br />Enclosed is information I have received from RWMWD concerning the Watershed <br />Management Plan revision process. <br />Hage 113 <br />
