Little Canada Road
Little Canada, MN 55117
Subject: Lot split at 2817 Edgerton Street
• On February 3, 1994, Don and Joan Rada met with the Park and Recreation
Commission. The commission decided they would accept payment from the new lot
owner for the park and recreation fee.
• On April 26, 1994, Don and Joan Rada met with Little Canada City Planner, Steve
Gritner, to discuss the splitting of their lot at 2817 Edgerton Street. Steve
recommended the attached Certificate of Survey with the proposed lot lines, hand
drawn, be submitted to the planning commission with the $700.00 application fee.
Steve stated this is a fairly straightforward process.
• Presently the existing lot size is 200 feet wide. It is our proposal to split this single lot
into two separate residential lots as follows:
• The survey shows Tract "A" with the existing home with a 85 foot width.
• The new lot, Tract "B," is proposed with a 115 foot width.
Thank you for assisting us in this request.
Respectfully submitted by:
ko-n
Don Rada and Joan Rada, 'owners
c
Page 11
