The lot <br />is approximately 10,000 square feet in area, and would permit the <br />house to be located in conformance with all setbacks. The primary <br />constraint on this lot are the condition of the soils, and the <br />applicant has obtained soil correction recommendations from a soil <br />testing consultant. The house is approximately four years old, and <br />is reportedly being moved to accommodate other development.
