I have reviewed the sanitary sewer, <br />water main and storm sewer maps. There are no existing City utilities in this area. Also, <br />the Certificate of Survey does not show any existing easements. Therefore, in our opinion, <br />drainage and utility easements are not required. <br />Page 69 <br />
