EXTRACT OF MINUTES <br />OF A MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />December 21, 1994 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Little Canada, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota was duly called and held at the City Center of said <br />City on the 21st day of December, 1994 at 7:30 P.M. <br />The following members were present: <br />Hanson, Morelan, LaValle, Pedersen, and Scalze. <br />and the following were absent: None. <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 1995 TAX LEVY <br />AS PRESENTED BY CITY STAFF <br />WHEREAS, <br />The 1995 tax levy is as follows: <br />GROSS TAX LEVY <br />Less: <br />HACA <br />NET TAX LEVY FOR CERTIFICATION <br />AND WHEREAS, <br />$1,816,192.00 <br />412 125.00 <br />$1,404,067.00 <br />The Council is required to certify a tax levy to the County <br />Auditor by December 28, 1994. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE <br />CANADA, that the Council hereby approves the 1995 tax levy in the <br />amount of $1,404.067.00. <br />The adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Council <br />Member and upon vote taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: <br />Hanson, Morelan, LaValle, Pedersen, and Scalze; <br />and the following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted by the Council this 21st day of December, 1994. <br />Page 109 <br />
