8. 1992 G.O. Storm Sewer Refunding Bonds <br />Proposed Levy $257,000.00 <br />Reduced - 257,000.00 <br />Amended Levy 0.00 <br />There is hereby irrevocably appropriated the sum of $257,000.00 <br />which shall be credited to the debt service funds of the 1992 <br />G.O. Storm Sewer Refunding Bonds, and the County Auditor is <br />hereby authorized and instructed to reduce by the amount <br />mentioned above that tax which would be included in the roll for <br />the year 1994 collectable 1995. <br />9. 1993 G.O. Refunding Bonds ($350,000) <br />Proposed Levy $88,967.00 <br />Reduced - 88,967.00 <br />Amended Levy 0.00 <br />There is hereby irrevocably appropriated the sum of $88,967.00 <br />which shall be credited to the debt service funds of the 1993 <br />G.O. Refunding Bonds, and the County Auditor is hereby authorized <br />and instructed to reduce by the amount mentioned above that tax <br />which would be included in the roll for the year 1994 collectable <br />1995. <br />AND WHEREAS, <br />The "Certification of Payable 1995 Debt Levy" is made part of the <br />resolution. <br />BE IT FURTHER APPROVED: <br />A. That the amount of taxes voted for the year ending 1994 <br />to be raised in Little Canada is $1,816,192. <br />Gross Tax Levy <br />Less - HACA <br />Net Tax Levy <br />B. That the 280 Form <br />$1,816,192.00 <br />412 125.00 <br />$1,404,067.00 <br />is hereby approved as submitted. <br />The adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Council <br />Member and upon vote taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: <br />Hanson, Morelan, LaValle, Pedersen, and Scalze; <br />and the following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted by the Council this 21st day of December, 1994. <br />Page 113 <br />
