EXTRACT OF MINUTES <br />OF A MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />December 21, 1994 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Little Canada, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota was duly called and held at the City Center of said <br />City on the 21st day of December, 1994 at 7:30 P.M. <br />The following members were present: <br />Hanson, Morelan, LaValle, Pedersen, and Scalze. <br />and the following were absent: None. <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br />A RESOLUTION ALLOCATING GENERAL FUND DOLLARS TO BONDED DEBT <br />REDUCTION AS RECOMMENDED BY CITY STAFF <br />WHEREAS, <br />The City Administrator recommended that General Fund monies be <br />allocated to reduce Bonded Debt during 1995 as follows: <br />Bonded Debt: <br />1966 Special Assessment Bonds 45,800.00 <br />1967 Special Assessment Bonds 48,800.00 <br />1978 Special Assessment Bonds 208,585.00 <br />1983 G.O. Improvement Bonds 48,000.00 <br />1985 Refunding Bonds 138,000.00 <br />1986 G.O. Storm Sewer 158,000.00 <br />1990 Fire Station Installment Contract 145,000.00 <br />1992 G.O. Storm Sewer Refunding Bonds 257,000.00 <br />1993B G.O. Refunding Bonds 88,967.00 <br />Total $1,138,358.00 <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Little <br />Canada, Minnesota that the Council hereby approves the allocation <br />of $1,138,358.00 in General Fund dollars to the reduction of <br />Bonded Debt during 1995 as indicated above. <br />The adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Council <br />Member and upon vote taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: <br />Hanson, Morelan, LaValle, Pedersen, and Scalze. <br />and the following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted by the Council this 21st day of December, 1994. <br />Page 116 <br />
