ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 903.020., SUBD. F., 2. <br />OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE <br />OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, REGARDING THE <br />LOCATION OF BOUNDARY LINE FENCES <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. <br />Section 903.020., Subd. F., 2. of the Zoning Code of the <br />Municipal Code of the City of Little Canada is hereby amended to <br />read as follows: <br />2. Location. All boundary line fences shall be located <br />entirely upon the private property of the person, firm or <br />corporation constructing, or causing the construction of, <br />such fence, unless the owner of the adjoining property <br />agrees, in writing, that such fence may be erected on the <br />division line of the respective properties. <br />Section 2. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br />after its passage and publication. <br />PASSED by the City Council of Little Canada this day <br />of , 1994. <br />ATTEST: <br />Joel R.
