Sheriffs Department Background Check Form; <br />2. On Sale & Sunday Liquor License Application; <br />3. Minnesota Department of Public Safety Form; <br />4. Cigarette License Application Form; and <br />5. Certificate of Liquor Liability Insurance. <br />I would like to request that the council proceed with whatever steps are <br />necessary to process this license application contingent on the fact that the <br />closing actually happens.
