Hanson <br />TO: Mayor Hanson and Members of the City Council <br />FROM: Joel Hanson, City Administrator <br />RE: Gateway Project - Preliminary Development Agreement <br />A meeting has been scheduled for 2 P.M. this afternoon with Mr. <br />Collyard at which time he will submit a preliminary development <br />agreement for the Gateway Project. <br />I have discussed with Mr. Collyard the need for others within the <br />City structure to review this document before it would be ready <br />for execution by the City Council. As a result, I'm not sure <br />what the status of the agreement will be on Sunday (November <br />20th) or by Wednesday's meeting. <br />Page 43 <br />
