Hanson
TO: Little Canada Multiple Family Dwelling Unit Owners and
Managers
Little Canada Mobile Home Park Owners and Managers
RE: Formation of a Little Canada Landlord Coalition
The City of Little Canada is sponsoring a meeting to be held on
Tuesday, December 6, 1994 at 5:00 p.m. at the Little Canada City
Hall, 515 East Little Canada Road. The purpose of this meeting
is to discuss the formation of a landlord coalition to address
mutual areas of concern affecting your property and our
community. Those present at this meeting on behalf of the City
will be the Mayor, a City Council Representative, our City
Administrator, and a representative of the Ramsey County
Sheriff's Department.
The purpose of this meeting is to establish better communications
between you as property owners /managers with the other respective
owners /managers, the City, and the Sheriff's Department. The
topics we seek to address are problem tenants, parking lot
security, theft from vehicles, vandalism, property maintenance,
youth activities, and other issues which all of us have to deal
with on an on -going basis. The City feels that by working
together, we will better be able to address issues before
problems arise to keep our community a quality place in which to
live.
We look forward to your attendance at this meeting. Should you
have any comments or questions in the meantime, please feel free
to give me a call.
JRH /mbg
Page 71
