All other provisions of the <br />Retainer Agreement as adopted, and subsequently amended, remain <br />in effect. <br />(A) Civil legal services covered by retainer. <br />The services included in the retainer are the attorney's <br />reports, agenda reports, nonappellate research, ordinance <br />drafting, review of customary contracts and leases, <br />consultations with the administrative staff, City Council, <br />and other City employees, legal opinions, attendance at two <br />Council meetings per month, and the ordinary and usual day <br />to day City legal work. For these services the Attorneys <br />shall be paid a retainer fee of $1,900.00 per month. <br />This Amendment shall be effective January 1, 1994. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City and the Attorneys have made <br />and executed this Amendment this day of , 1994. <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />By: <br />Raymond G.
