on September 1, 1994, it may terminate this Lease effective October 31, 1995). Landlord may <br />also terminate this lease at any time if the City of Little Canada issues a license to any entity that <br />will allow other facilities to operate a bingo operation within the City limits. <br />Section 3. At any time during the course of this lease, Landlord shall be permitted to <br />relocate Tenant, at the Landlord's sole cost, to a location mutually acceptable to landlord and <br />Tenant. If there is not a mutually acceptable location, this lease can be terminated with no cost <br />or obligation to the Landlord. Landlord shall provide Tenant no less than sixty (60) days written <br />notice to Tenant of any required relocation.
