EXTRACT OF MINUTES <br />OF A MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JANUARY 12, 1994 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Little Canada, Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br />was duly called and held at the City Center of said City on the 12th <br />day of January, 1994 at 7:30 P.M. <br />The following members were present: <br />Hanson, LaValle, Morelan, Pedersen, and Scalze; <br />and the following were absent: None. <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ASSESSMENT REAPPORTIONMENT FOR <br />PROPERTY DIVISION #DA064192 AS PRESENTED <br />WHEREAS, <br />Ramsey County has submitted information regarding the assessment <br />reapportionment as a result of property division DA064192; and <br />AND WHEREAS, <br />Staff has reviewed the apportionment and finds it to be in order. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Little Canada hereby approves the reapportionment of assessments for <br />Property Division #DA064192 as follows: <br />EXISTING ASSESSMENT - <br />Parcel No. 07- 29 -22 -22 -0009 - Imp. No. 81 -3 - No. 5113 - $16,211.95 <br />Parcel No. 07- 29 -22 -22 -0051 - Imp. No. 81 -3 - No. 5113 - $15,703.50 <br />REAPPORTIONMENT - <br />Parcel No. 07- 29 -22 -22 -0071 - Imp. No. 81 -3 - No. 5113 - $16,211.95 <br />Parcel No. 07- 29 -22 -22 -0074 - Imp. No. 81 -3 - No. 5113 - $7,851.75 <br />Parcel No. 07- 29 -22 -22 -0075 - Imp. No. 81 -3 - No. 5113 - $7,851.75 <br />The adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Council <br />Member and upon vote taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: <br />Hanson, LaValle, Morelan, Scalze, and Pedersen; <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Council this 12th day of January, 1994. <br />Page 56 <br />
