RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF <br />THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />The undersigned Mayor and City Administrator of the City of Little <br />Canada, a Municipal Corporation duly organized and existing under the <br />laws of the State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of The City of Little Canada held on the <br />twelfth day of January 1994, at which a quorum was present, the <br />Council of the City of Little Canada, unanimously adopted The City of <br />Little Canada, Reimbursement Plan, (the "Plan "). <br />That the following is a true and correct copy of the said Resolution: <br />RESOLVED, that The City of Little Canada, Reimbursement plan be <br />adopted for employees of the City of Little Canada, and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that any proper officers of the City are <br />hereby authorized to make such contributions from the funds of the <br />City as are necessary to carry out the administration of said plan at <br />any time; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that in the event any conflict arises between <br />the administration of said Plan and the Employee Retirement Income <br />Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) or any other applicable law or <br />regulation) as such law or regulation may be interpreted or amended), <br />the City shall resolve such conflict in a manner which complies with <br />ERISA or such law or regulation. <br />Dated this day of January, 1994 <br />Attest: <br />Raymond G.
