The purpose of the <br />meeting is to consider amendments to the Declaration of Trust. <br />The Technical Advisory Board of the 4M Fund recently proposed to <br />the 4M Fund Board of Trustees certain changes in the 4M Fund <br />Trust Document. The changes require a vote of the participants. <br />The changes are discussed in detail in the attached proxy <br />material. <br />You are cordially invited to attend the meeting, but whether or <br />not you plan to be present, please fill in, date and sign the <br />enclosed Proxy and return it in the addressed reply envelope <br />which is furnished for your convenience and which requires no <br />postage. Please mail your proxy promptly to insure that it will <br />be received prior to the date of the meeting.
