Hanson <br />Attached is an assessment reapportionment for Division #DL064692 <br />which has been requested by Ramsey County. It involves Mariano <br />Frattalone's property south of Allen Avenue west of Desoto <br />Street. This property division involved the dedication of <br />additional right -of -way for DeSoto Street. As a result of the <br />property division, the property identification number assigned by <br />Ramsey County changed. Therefore, an assessment reapportionment <br />is necessary transferring the deferred assessments on this parcel <br />from the inactive property identification number to the new one. <br />Presently, the property has four deferred assessments. They are <br />as follows: <br />* Senior Citizen Deferred - Sanitary Sewer #0425 with a <br />principle amount of $10,888.50. <br />* Senior Citizen Deferred - Improvement 78 -6 #1809 with a <br />principle amount of $4,715.69. <br />* Senior Citizen Deferred - WM771THRU6 #1814 with a <br />principle amount of $16,767.67. <br />* Municipal Deferred - 90 -21 #6170 with a principle <br />amount of $1,868.40. <br />kv <br />Enclosures <br />Page 42 <br />
