Hanson <br />Mrs. Muriel Kelley has submitted an applicaton for senior citizen <br />deferral of special assessments against her property at 2995 <br />Vanderbie Street for the Vanderbie /Allen project. Assessments <br />amount to $7,702.00. Mrs. Kelley is requesting that the deferral <br />be retro- active to when the assessment was first adopted. In <br />checking with Ramsey County, this is acceptable to them. <br />Please note that Mrs. Kelley meets the income guidelines required <br />for approval of a senior citizen deferment. <br />Page 50 <br />
