Hanson <br />On August 25, 1993 the Council granted approval of the division of <br />the Engebretson property at 154 Old County Road C into two lots <br />(see survey attached). As you may be aware, City Code provides for <br />the lapse of property division approval after six months if the <br />division has not been recorded with the County. <br />Mr. Engebretson is in the process of finalizing the recording of <br />his property division and is requesting a six -month approval <br />extension in order to complete the process. <br />Page 69 <br />
