12. All payments shall be made by the City upon receipt of monthly <br />statements by ACSI. <br />13. ACSI agrees to provide emergency veterinary services to impounded <br />animals as needed at cost to the City. However, veterinary service that <br />was deemed necessary may be charged to the owner upon reclamation of the <br />animal. <br />14. ACSI agrees that during the period of this contract, it will not, <br />within the State of Minnesota, discriminate against any employee or <br />applicant for employment because of race, color, creed, sex, national <br />origin, or ancestry and will include a similar provision in all <br />subcontracts entered into for the performance hereof. This paragraph is <br />inserted in the contract to comply with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes 181.59. <br />15. Either party hereto may cancel this contract after sixty (60) <br />days written notice thereof to the other party. <br />16. Notices pursuant to this contract shall be given by deposit in <br />the United States mail, postage prepaid, addressed as follows: <br />a.
