Please <br />sign and return both copies to our office, along with a copy of your <br />certificate of insurance, so that they can be fully executed. A completed <br />copy will be returned to you for your records. <br />Please remember that no action can be taken for use of these funds until <br />this agreement is fully executed and the County has given you confirmation <br />that all federal requirements have been met. Any action undertaken <br />prematurely may adversely affect our ability to make payments. <br />We are also enclosing a copy of the Minneapolis /Saint Paul Metropolitan Area <br />maximum income levels by household size that have just been published by the <br />U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
