Minimum Limits: $ 500,000 per accident <br />Policy shall include an All States endorsement <br />4. Professional Liability Insurance <br />Minimum Limits <br />$ 600,000 per occurrence <br />1,000,000 aggregate <br />5. Fidelity Bond (covering employees having access to money) <br />in an amount to be determined by the Ramsey County Risk <br />Manager. <br />B. License as Required <br />C. A program of self- funded insurance covering the above will be <br />considered by the AUTHORITY in lieu of commercial coverages. <br />Such approval shall be at the sole discretion of the Ramsey <br />County Risk Manager. Limits of liability of any municipality <br />that meet the statutory limits as defined in MINN. STAT. <br />§ 466.04 are acceptable. <br />D. The AGENCY shall not commence this project until it has <br />obtained required insurance and filed an acceptable <br />certificate of insurance with the AUTHORITY. All insurance <br />policies shall be submitted to the AUTHORITY upon request. <br />E. All certificate of insurance shall provide that the insurance <br />company shall give the AUTHORITY thirty (30) days prior <br />written notice of cancellation, non - renewal, or any material <br />changes in the policy. <br />F. Paragraphs A -1 through A -5 establish minimum insurance <br />requirements, and it is the sole responsibility of the AGENCY <br />to purchase and maintain additional insurance that may be <br />necessary in connection with this contract. <br />12. CONFLICT OF INTEREST <br />A. interest of Officers, Employees or Agents. No officer, <br />employee, or agent of the AGENCY who exercises any functions <br />or responsibilities in connection with the planning and <br />carrying out of the Block Grant Program, or any other person <br />who exercises any functions or responsibilities in connection <br />with the Program, shall have any personal financial interest, <br />direct or indirect, in this Agreement, and the AGENCY shall <br />take appropriate steps to assure compliance. <br />B. Interest of Subcontractor and Their Employees. The AGENCY <br />agrees that it will incorporate into every subcontract <br />required to be in writing and made pursuant to this Agreement <br />the following provisions: <br />-6- Page 24 <br />
