JUL -08 -1994 13:55 FROM SWEENEY BORER & OSTROW TO LITTLE CANADA P.02/03 <br />CITY of LITTLE CANADA <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN INTERIM ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A MORATORIUM <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. <br />Moratorium Ordinance Relating to Redevelopment District <br />No. 3. <br />(A) Purpose and Intent. The City of Little Canada has <br />adopted a Comprehensive Plan and zoning text, pursuant to M.S. <br />Sections 462.351 and following, and the Little Canada City <br />Council has directed the staff to study and analyze proposed <br />uses and existing zoning of the property described below within <br />the city of Little Canada for the purpose of considering the <br />amendment of the Comprehensive Plan or zoning text relating to <br />the same. <br />(B) Pursuant to M.S. Section 462.355, Subd. 4, this <br />interim ordinance, for the purpose of protecting the planning <br />process and the health, safety and welfare of Little Canada <br />citizens, hereby prohibits the development, subdivision or the <br />issuance of building permits relative to the following described <br />property, designated on the attached Exhibit A as Redevelopment <br />District No, 3, within the City of Little Canada: <br />See attached Exhibit A. <br />(C) This moratorium shall be in effect for a period of <br />twelve months after the date of passage and publication of this <br />ordinance. <br />PASSED by the city Council of Little Canada this day of <br />, 1994. <br />Raymond G.
