JUL -08 -1994 1143 CITY OF DAYTON P.03 The final amount of the contract shall be determined by multiplying the final measured quantities of the various items actually constructed and installed by the unit prices therefor, in the manner prescribed in the specifications. However, the low bidder shall be determined by adding the sums resulting front multiplying the quantities stated by the unit prices bid therefor. Accompanying this bid is a bidder's bond, certified check or cash deposit in the amount of S , which is at least five percent (5%) of the amount of my/our bid made payable to the Owner, and the same is subject to forfeiture in the event of default on the part of the undersigned or failure on the part of the undersigned to execute the prescribed contract and bond within fifteen (15) days after its submittal to me/us. In submitting this bid it is understood that the Owner retains the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the contract to the best interests of the Owner.
