Environmental assessments, worksheets or impact statements <br />5. Preparation of detailed operation and maintenance manuals <br />6. User rate studies <br />7. Pilot testing <br />8. Preparation of applications for funding assistance <br />9. Hydraulic and hydrologic studies <br />a. Hydraulic analysis benefitting an area greater than that of <br />the Proiect. <br />b. Stormwater, surface water, and groundwater quality analyses. <br />c. Wetland delineation and mitigation. <br />10. Change in Scope of Services, including: <br />a. Design revisions resulting from Project scope changes due to <br />coordination of multi - agency reviews (e.g., <br />City /County /MnDot /etc.) after initial coordination with said <br />agency. <br />b. Redesign required by enactment or revisions of codes, laws <br />or regulations. <br />c. Redesign required as a result of developers' changes or <br />failure to render information or decisions in a timely <br />manner. Notice of said additional costs are to be provided <br />prior to work and may require approval of the developer in <br />addition to the City. <br />2.2. The Consultant shall observe, to the same extent as provided in <br />Section 1.5.3, the replacement of all such parts of the Project as may be <br />damaged by fire or other cause during construction and assist the City in <br />arranging for continuation of the work should the contractor default for <br />Page 85 <br />
