40. Pursuant to the Cooperative Development Agreement, Developer executed a <br />mortgage in favor of the City in the amount of Two Hundred Eighteen Thousand Nine Hundred <br />Twenty -Five and No /00 Dollars ($218,925.00). Upon the execution of this Contract, City will <br />provide Developer with a satisfaction of said mortgage. <br />40. Required notices to Developer shall be in writing and shall be either hand <br />delivered or mailed by certified mail to the following address: <br />Mr. Gordie Howe <br />Masterpiece Homes, Inc. <br />127 County Road C <br />Little Canada, MN 55117 <br />41.
