MINUTES CITY COUNCIL OCTOBER 9, 2013 CONSENT AGENDA PINETREE POND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT Blesener suggested that information on the prescription drug collection program and Code Red program be included on the City's web site. The Sheriff reported that the Department's site on South Owasso Blvd. in Little Canada has far exceeded his expectations. He also pointed out that there is community space at this facility available for the City's periodic use, if they so desire. Blesener indicated that he appreciates the reports being generated by the Department's Animal Control Officer, and thanked the Sheriff for taking on this task. The Sheriff reported that this is work that needs to be done, and is a quality of life issue. The Mayor and Council thanked Sheriff Bostrom for his presentation. Boss introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2013 -10 -189 — APPROVING THE CONSENT AGENDA WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING: *APPROVING THE VOUCHERS; *APPROVING A CHANGE ORDER AND PARTIAL PAYMENT REQUEST TO FPI PAVING FOR LITTLE CANADA ROAD IMPROVEMENT AS RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY ENGINEER; *APPROVING A PARTIAL PAYMENT REQUEST TO FRATTALONE COMPANIES FOR 2013 STREET IMPROVEMENTS AS RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY ENGINEER; *APPROVAL OF 2013 BOW HUNTING PERMIT FOR FRANK FRATTALONE AS RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR _The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. Ayes (5). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. The City Administrator presented the draft Development Agreement for Pinetree Ponds, a single - family development consisting of 15 Tots. He reviewed the history of this project which began with Masterpiece Homes acquiring 2966 Arcade Street. The City was involved in this acquisition as it provided a mortgage for approximately half the acquisition costs back 4
