MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />OCTOBER 9, 2013 <br />CONSENT <br />AGENDA <br />PINETREE <br />POND <br />DEVELOPMENT <br />AGREEMENT <br />Blesener suggested that information on the prescription drug collection <br />program and Code Red program be included on the City's web site. <br />The Sheriff reported that the Department's site on South Owasso Blvd. in <br />Little Canada has far exceeded his expectations. He also pointed out that <br />there is community space at this facility available for the City's periodic <br />use, if they so desire. <br />Blesener indicated that he appreciates the reports being generated by the <br />Department's Animal Control Officer, and thanked the Sheriff for taking <br />on this task. The Sheriff reported that this is work that needs to be done, <br />and is a quality of life issue. <br />The Mayor and Council thanked Sheriff Bostrom for his presentation. <br />Boss introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2013 -10 -189 — APPROVING THE CONSENT <br />AGENDA WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING: <br />*APPROVING THE VOUCHERS; <br />*APPROVING A CHANGE ORDER AND PARTIAL PAYMENT <br />REQUEST TO FPI PAVING FOR LITTLE CANADA ROAD <br />IMPROVEMENT AS RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY ENGINEER; <br />*APPROVING A PARTIAL PAYMENT REQUEST TO <br />FRATTALONE COMPANIES FOR 2013 STREET IMPROVEMENTS <br />AS RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY ENGINEER; <br />*APPROVAL OF 2013 BOW HUNTING PERMIT FOR FRANK <br />FRATTALONE AS RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY <br />ADMINISTRATOR <br />_The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />The City Administrator presented the draft Development Agreement for <br />Pinetree Ponds, a single - family development consisting of 15 Tots. He <br />reviewed the history of this project which began with Masterpiece Homes <br />acquiring 2966 Arcade Street. The City was involved in this acquisition <br />as it provided a mortgage for approximately half the acquisition costs back <br />4 <br />
