City of Little Canada <br />Reference property: <br />2962 Rice Street <br />Little Canada, MN. <br />Re: Application for PUD permit for interim parking use <br />Dear Council Members: <br />In conversation with Joel Hanson, he would like to bring this in front of the council to get <br />an interim parking variance because PreWire is utilizing this property for employee <br />parking. The parking area is currently class 5 gravel. <br />Please see attached letter from PreWire for details. <br />I understand there is a requirement from the city for curb and gutter with new <br />developments where vehicle parking is allowed. This is existing property and there has <br />been no new development. I have a separate lease agreement on existing property with <br />PreWire to allow vehicle parking.
