JUN -23 -1995 1059 NRC <br />612 595 9837 P.03/03 <br />For the Board of Water Commissioners property, we would want to designate the underlying land <br />use in the Comprehensive Plan on the proposed land use trap and accompanying text. We would <br />not have a PUD /B -3 District, or a PUD/1 -P District, but a PUD District with a Comprehensive <br />Land Use Plan which directs a certain type of use, as well as any other factors which may relate <br />to the development of the specific site, such as tree preservation, etc. <br />To implement this scheme we would have a two step process.
