MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />OCTOBER 10, 2013 <br />There was some discussion about the recommendation to decrease the <br />number of Outdoor Sales Licenses to three. McGraw asked if there was <br />an issue with identifying the vehicles for sale versus vehicles for repair. <br />The City Planner indicated that approved site plans will have a designated <br />outdoor sales area. The Code Enforcement Officer noted, however, that <br />there are no guarantees that property owners will follow their site plans at <br />all times. <br />It was the consensus of those present to move this issue through the <br />zoning process during the next planning cycle. <br />ADJOURN There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:25 p.m. <br />Attest: C� l <br />(Joel H+nson, City Administrator <br />7 <br />am ales •ner, Mayor <br />
