Hanson <br />At Wednesday's meeting, we need to approve the 2014 Budget. This budget is a 3% <br />increase in our gross levy. With fiscal disparities, the net levy drops to 1.84% over 2013. <br />The tax rate increases from 30.998% to 31.299% representing a .97% increase. <br />Staff will conduct a budget hearing presentation as has been done in past years. At the <br />conclusion of the hearing, the City Council will need to consider the following actions: <br />• Certification of the 2014 Property 'fax Levies <br />General Fund - $2,435,573 <br />Debt Service - $ 81,520 <br />Fire Equipment Fund $ 120,091 <br />Infrastructure Fund - $ 157,200 <br />Total Levy - $ $2794,3 4 <br />• Approve the 2014 Capital Improvement Program <br />• Approve 2014 Bonded Indebtedness 'Fax Levy Reduction (0.0 2008A Bonds - <br />$20,996.78) <br />• Adopt the 2014 Salary Scales <br />• Approve 2013 Budget Amendments for Fund #470 (TIF 6 -1) and the <br />Owasso /Woodlyn Redevelopment Fund #474 (copy attached). These <br />amendments will reflect the development activity in TIF 6 -1 and our acquisition <br />of the Donovan Parcel for Owasso /Woodlyn. <br />The Budget document is part of the agenda packet.
