Relative Costs and Benefits of Alternative Uses of the Funds <br />This is a high priority due to the limited space available at this time. The <br />condition of the current building makes this project necessary for the City. <br />The cost of renting extra space for this type of facility makes it impractical. <br />There are no significant alternatives for funds designated for this project. <br />Operating Costs of the Proposed Improvements <br />All public service operation costs will increase as demand for these services <br />increases over time. Due to increases in physical dimensions of the new <br />facility, operating costs will increase. However, operating costs can be <br />minimized if only one building is heated and maintained. <br />Options for Shared Facilities with Other Cities or Local Government <br />The City will not share the building with other local governments.
