(Per the Architectural Follow Up document issued on 12/04/13.) Our firm specializes in the planning & design of public works facilities and we are more than prepared to meet and exceed the City of Little Canada's expectations CLAIMS/ LITIGATION Since the incorporation of the firm in January of 1996 there has never been a lawsuit or threat of a lawsuit against the firm. RELATED PROJECTS As we mentioned earlier in our cover letter the planning and design of Public Works/ Maintenance facilities is our firm's primary specialty. We have prepared master plans or studies for over 60 public works projects in Minnesota and have completed over thirty public works facilities (this is excluding salt /sand buildings). Since we have so much relevant public works experience, we will be able to dive right in and complete your studies in a prompt, efficient, and effective manner. Our experience with designing public works facilities ranges in buildings in size from 2,000 square feet to over 140,000 square feet. We are very confident we can provide you the results you are looking for. The proceeding pages will highlight some of our recent relevant experience. We are also including a list of all of our public works projects at the end of this submission.
