We had to make a few assumptions relative to the fee for this project. It was clear that $150,000.00 <br />was dedicated to the city hall portion of the project. Also noted was the total project cost was to be no <br />more than $2.5M, with $675,000.00 of this for the purchase of the property. Assuming that A/E fees <br />were to be a part of' this total project cost, we assumed that roughly $1.6M would be available for the <br />public works building, including CM fees. <br />2. In addition to the above, as noted in the RFP, a salt storage building must be included in the project. <br />Our fees include the design and contract documents for this. The construction cost of this, however, <br />may be around $100,000.00 + / -.
