Hanson <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Little <br />Canada will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 24, 1995, <br />in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little <br />Canada Road in said City to pass upon the proposed assessment for <br />the following improvements: <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. 93 -11 - Public hearing begins at 6:30 P.M. <br />Jackson Street lying between Old County Road C on the north and <br />Demont Avenue on the south; Old County Road C lying between <br />Jackson Street on the west and Lakeshore Avenue on the east; and <br />Lakeshore Avenue lying between County Road C on the north and Old <br />County Road C on the south by full -depth reclamation, concrete <br />curb and gutter, and storm drainage facilities. Amount to be <br />assessed is $225,373.00. The area proposed to be assessed is all <br />lots, parcels, and tracts of land abutting said streets. <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. 93 -13 - Public hearing begins at 7:30 P.M. <br />Lake Street lying between Jackson Street on the west and <br />Lakeshore Avenue on the east by street reconstruction, concrete <br />curb and gutter, and storm drainage facilities. Amount to be <br />assessed is $43,316.00. The area proposed to be assessed is all <br />lots, parcels, and tracts of land abutting said street. <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. 93 -10 - Public hearing begins at 8:30 P.M. <br />Keller Parkway lying between a point approximately 700 feet <br />northeasterly of Little Canada Road and Arcade Street by water <br />main improvement. Amount to be assessed is $99,220.00. The area <br />proposed to be assessed is all lots, parcels, and tracts of land <br />abutting said street. <br />The proposed assessment rolls are on file with the City <br />Administrator. <br />Written or oral objections thereto by any property owner <br />will be considered. <br />No appeal may be taken as to the amount of any assessment <br />adopted pursuant to MN Statutes 1984 Section 429.061, Subdivision <br />2 unless a written objection signed by the affected property <br />owner is filed with the City Administrator prior to the <br />assessment hearing or presented to the presiding officer at the <br />Hearing. <br />Any owner may appeal an assessment to district court <br />pursuant to Section 429.081 by serving notice of the appeal upon <br />Page 3 <br />
