Hanson NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Little Canada will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 24, 1995, in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City to pass upon the proposed assessment for the following improvements: IMPROVEMENT NO. 93 -11 - Public hearing begins at 6:30 P.M. Jackson Street lying between Old County Road C on the north and Demont Avenue on the south; Old County Road C lying between Jackson Street on the west and Lakeshore Avenue on the east; and Lakeshore Avenue lying between County Road C on the north and Old County Road C on the south by full -depth reclamation, concrete curb and gutter, and storm drainage facilities. Amount to be assessed is $225,373.00. The area proposed to be assessed is all lots, parcels, and tracts of land abutting said streets. IMPROVEMENT NO. 93 -13 - Public hearing begins at 7:30 P.M. Lake Street lying between Jackson Street on the west and Lakeshore Avenue on the east by street reconstruction, concrete curb and gutter, and storm drainage facilities. Amount to be assessed is $43,316.00. The area proposed to be assessed is all lots, parcels, and tracts of land abutting said street. IMPROVEMENT NO. 93 -10 - Public hearing begins at 8:30 P.M. Keller Parkway lying between a point approximately 700 feet northeasterly of Little Canada Road and Arcade Street by water main improvement. Amount to be assessed is $99,220.00. The area proposed to be assessed is all lots, parcels, and tracts of land abutting said street. The proposed assessment rolls are on file with the City Administrator. Written or oral objections thereto by any property owner will be considered. No appeal may be taken as to the amount of any assessment adopted pursuant to MN Statutes 1984 Section 429.061, Subdivision 2 unless a written objection signed by the affected property owner is filed with the City Administrator prior to the assessment hearing or presented to the presiding officer at the Hearing. Any owner may appeal an assessment to district court pursuant to Section 429.081 by serving notice of the appeal upon Page 3
